Creperie La Chandeleur (Lausanne, CH)

Last Saturday we decided to have a casual dinner in Lausanne and wanted something French.
Finally we found La Chandeleur, a cozy Creperie (though very crowded). It's very close to the cathedral in a little street.

We had some of the best galettes and crepes ever. A varied menu offers a wide range of different galettes/crepes, supplemented by seasonal variations.
The staff was very friendly as well.

For the summer season there is a very nice terrace !

Seasonal Galette:

with warm goat cheese (with honey), duck, steamed onions and salad

 

Galette: Spinach, ham and egg

 

Crepe St. Malo:

with salty caramel, finely chopped apples and calvados (flambéed at the table)
